CLIENT:
Italian company operating in the hydraulic sector.
THE CHALLENGE:
To create a control and management tool for solenoid valves. They turned to us looking for a partner to develop their product from start to finish.
VPLAST SOLUTION:
We gathered all the preliminary information from the client. Starting from an initial mathematical model, we collaborated with an electronics company to define the development timeline. We also worked alongside them to design the product's shape and created the first prototypes using 3D printing. Once the client approved the product's shape and selected the materials, we designed and manufactured the molds through external partners. Together with the client, we produced and assembled the first finished samples, then transitioned to mass production of the product.
