The Vplast quality management system complies with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard. We monitor all business processes to constantly improve their efficiency and effectiveness, with the aim of ensuring the highest quality of products, in accordance with the specific requirements of the customer.

Vplast has an internal laboratory for quality control, staffed by various dedicated professionals and a responsible manager. They are in charge of managing and updating documentation, conducting quality checks at the start, during, and at the end of each production, handling any non-conformities, analyzing them, and implementing continuous improvement plans.

We perform control plans for standard production and, upon customer request, also provide enhanced control plans. With the help of Keyence technology, we create computerized control plans starting from the 2D product design, which is reproduced within the machine. Once the operator inserts the part into the machine, it automatically measures the dimensions and saves the processed report. This ensures maximum traceability and transparency of our work.

Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art measuring instruments, including OGP, HD visualization machines, as well as calipers and micrometers. Because, in our industry, quality is all about precision.

Quality also means the ability to offer tailor-made solutions for our clients, capable of meeting efficiency and functionality requirements. Starting from a product idea, we guide the client through all the stages to obtain a finished product, thanks to our high specialization in precision component molding and our synergistic collaboration with expert molders, designers, and product developers.

We have modern machinery and equipment for processing a wide range of polymers. Our expertise in plastic processing allows us to select the most suitable production material for each project, guiding the client toward the best solution for their specific needs.
Constant monitoring of processes and high precision in operations are made possible through technologies and software that enable operators to control ongoing production in real time.

Our internal supply chain office, through a planning and scheduling Gantt chart, ensures high organizational quality, necessary to provide quick responses to the client and to start projects with agility, responsiveness, and production flexibility.
