Our company continues its path of innovation and continuous improvement through a significant upgrade of its production equipment: the renewal of temperature control units used in injection molding processes.

The new temperature control units play a key role in maintaining a constant water temperature within the molds, a critical parameter for ensuring stability and precision throughout all stages of the molding process. Thanks to this upgraded technology, it is possible to achieve more accurate control of operating conditions, reducing variability and improving process repeatability.

Technical focus: the role of temperature control units in injection molding

Temperature control units are devices designed to manage and maintain a constant temperature of the heat transfer fluid, typically water, circulating داخل the molds. Through a controlled heating and cooling system, these units precisely regulate the thermal conditions of the mold during the production cycle.
