When a company declares its commitment to certain quality standards, these can be subject to continuous verification and monitoring.
Such verifications may be voluntary, as in the case of audits requested by third parties (certification bodies) aimed at obtaining and maintaining specific certifications and conformity recognitions, or internal audits, which the company conducts regularly to ensure that its various processes align with established goals.
Regarding the latter, with the aim of addressing and eliminating any anomalies or non-conformities, at Vplast we carry out annual system audits across production, purchasing and logistics, sales, management, industrialization, quality, and human resources. We also conduct monthly product audits and annual process audits on the presses in use.
These control processes enable us to successfully handle and pass second-party audits, which are requested by clients to verify compliance with declared standards regarding the products and/or services offered.
Recently, a client requested an audit to evaluate our Quality Management System (QMS). Thanks to the consistent daily application of our procedures, we were able to accommodate the request promptly and achieved the highest possible score, with no non-conformities or areas for improvement noted.
This demonstrates our strong belief that investing in and enhancing the quality levels of our offerings are essential prerequisites for differentiating ourselves from competitors, building our credibility, and increasing customer satisfaction and trust—two fundamental elements of long-lasting business relationships.
